Do I need to be home for exterior cleaning?

No. We just need gate access and vehicles moved clear of the windows. You'll get a message when we arrive and when the work is complete.

How long does an exterior clean take?

Most Omaha homes take two to three hours depending on window count and access. You'll be given a realistic window when you book, not an optimistic one.

Will the water harm my plants?

No. Purified water is ordinary water with the minerals removed, so it's harmless to planting. We still rinse beds and furniture that catch overspray.

Can hard-water spots be removed?

Sometimes. Fresh mineral deposits usually come off; long-term sprinkler etching can be permanent. We assess the glass and tell you honestly before charging for treatment.

What about windows that are painted shut or cracked?

We photograph them, leave them alone, and tell you what we found. We never force a sash or work on damaged glass.
